    History will always bring back the good and bad incidents that happened in the past and it will be good to make use of them in a very decent way either to follow them or to develop them.
    History,can be put in the position of a wise man,it can also be call an Experience,therefore whatever you have experienced will definitely become history.
     Our experience determine how long you have lived (sometimes) and it determine how expose you are to some things. One of Yoruba adage says _"Bi omo koba ba itan aba aroba,Aroba baba itan"_ meaning _"if a child does not meet Story will meet History and History is father of Story "._ therefore histories of what has happen in Our society will never die if there are people who knows about them and what they have experienced will always be in there mind.
    This brought my pen on the issue going on Obafemi Awolowo University about the release  of 12 suspected cultist handed to the Osun state C.I.D Osogbo without charging them to court or to face any trial.
     This make me remember what has happen in the past on Obafemi Awolowo University, July 10,1999 will always be on our mind and I wish it will not come into existence again,when 5 students of this great citadel of learning were killed in cold blood not excluding the General Secretary of the Students Union, a Law student that goes by the name George Iwilade (AFRIKA)  and many people were severely injured, by the attack of the Black Axe Confraternity (Aiye) sponsored by the then Vice Chancellor of Obafemi Awolowo UNIVERSITY that goes by the name WALE OMOLE, from the investigation they conducted then,it was noted that he is one of the Patrons of Black Axe confraternity. All this things does not happen in blink of an eye but effort to make sure this does not come into existence were blocked with the power invested in the then Vice Chancellor "Wale OMOLE" and now it seems the same thing is about repeat itself on Obafemi Awolowo University in short, it is coming as it was plan then and this time around they are planning it very well,by using every mean to break the defense of the students,  _the management have suspended the Student Union Government, the management have arrested and punish our comrades including the Action Committee chairman that goes by the name Olaniran Gbenga (V.O.N) without committing any crime which is totally not a good thing and the management are still making moves to make sure the students don't know what is their right, by putting the fear of Rusticating them_, these are similar things that happen in the year 1999, For the sake of those who is not aware of  what happen then,I recommend to you read to the "JULY 10,1999 MASSACRE ON OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY" on WIKIPEDIA but I will try and brief what happen then.
       The Obafemi Awolowo University massacre was a series of shooting and murders which took place on this campus, On  July 10,1999 it resulted to the killing of 5 students and leaving 11 students injured,this killing was carried out by the Black Axe Confraternity.
      Before this day,on 7th of March 1999 the Black axe members held a meeting in Ife town and after the meeting they headed to the Campus, they were noticed and they were given a chase, the students mobilized themselves led by George Iwilade (Afrika),the General Sectary of the student Union, they drove to where they were at the staff quarters,they met them and found  nine individuals inside,eight of them were students of this university with a submachine gun,a local manufactured gun,an axe,a bayonet and the black clothing and regalia of the Black Axe cult,they were arrested and were handed over to the police and they were taken to the Chief Magistrate's Court where two weeks later they were granted bail. This led to the failure of prosecuting them them,to the utmost surprise, the Court discharged and acquitted the arrested individuals and the students who arrested them were not called as witness and every evidence were ordered to be destroyed.
       The students raised an alarm and the school was closed, In response to this the University issued a release on 2nd of July reaffirming the suspension of the cult members, the letter of the suspension were dated 8th of July.
   On the night of  July 9,1999, a number of student groups held a party at Obafemi Awolowo University, _members of the Kegites Club,Man O' War members and various other student leaders both former and incumbent,_ gathered at the _Car park between Angola and Mozambique hall of residence (Anglomoz),_ late in the night many people have occupied the Awolowo hall cafeteria and early in the morning of July 10,1999,around 3:00am and 3:30am about 40 members of the Black Axe CONFRATERNITY  invaded Awolowo hall, injured so many students and kill the General Sectary of the Student Union,George Iwilade (Afrika), a 400lvl medical student Eviano Ekelemu,Yemi ajiteru;100lvl Philosophy student, Babtunde Oke and Godfrey Ekepede,during the attack the _Black Axe were calling the Student Union President Lanre Adeleke(Legacy) to come out of his hiding place but he escaped._
      This is why we need to buckle up and fight hard this time,series of articles have been written by our comrades to make everyone know the state of things on campus but people have been taking them with levity hands and they are less concern,in other not to make mistake again,that why we need to plan and strategize well, We need to come together and fight against this, we need to fight against every form of cultism, Afrika and others blood have been used as sacrificeand now we need to defend ourselves, we  have been fighting against it since then and now it is coming out in a very big way which we need to curb people say "a stitch in time saves NINE  either "EXPOSE THEM NOW BEFORE THEY EXPLODE THE UNIVERSITY ".
