WOLE SOYINKA ON PDP DEFECTION

WOLE SOYINKA ON PDP DEFECTION IF APC is not the answer to our Problems, there is no reason going back to the instigators of the problem. I'm not a politician but I would do everything not to have PDP in Government in Nigeria. The greatest tragedy that can befall a nation is for her citizens to suffer collective amnesia. I believe PDP believes Nigerians have short memories, if not, Ibori would not have been included in their convention committee and Jonathan would not have been allowed to talk (He ended up indicting himself as usual anyway). For those who may have forgotten, kindly joggle your memories with the following words on marble and you will agree with me that what happened in Eagle square on saturday was nothing but gathering of rogues. Happy reading: 1. I acted based on Jonathan's instruction - Dasuki 2. I didn't give order - Jonathan 3. I collected 350M from Dasuki for consultation - Iyorchia Ayu 4. I only collected $30,000 from Dasuki not N100m - Bode Ge

HOW I WAS HARASSED, ASSAULTED, AND ARRESTED ON THE ORDER OF THE DEAN OF STUDENTS' AFFAIRS BECAUSE OF MY STANCE AGAINST CULTISM IN OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY

HOW I WAS HARASSED, ASSAULTED, AND ARRESTED ON THE ORDER OF THE DEAN OF STUDENTS' AFFAIRS BECAUSE OF MY STANCE AGAINST CULTISM IN OBAFEMI AWOLOWO UNIVERSITY On the 20th of August 2018, I was at the office of the Dean of Students' Affairs to submit an official letter. On getting to his office, I met some persons who work at the Division of Students' Affairs and I was asked to sit down and wait for the Dean. After waiting for a while, I was asked to go inside his office and he immediately lashed at me upon sighting me by saying "are you Afoo Revo?,  You are the one writing articles online right? Are you ready to bear the burden?" For those who have been following the trend recently, you will agree that I wrote an article titled 'Expose them now, before they explode the University' where I explained how dangerous the silence of the University, over the arrest and release of some suspected cult boys, can be. The Dean (Prof. Isiaka Aransi) immediately sent f

WHY OAU VICE-DEAN PREVENTED THE RUSTICATION OF JOHN UDEH AND 4 OTHER CULTISTS

Image
WHY OAU VICE-DEAN PREVENTED THE RUSTICATION OF JOHN UDEH AND 4 OTHER CULTISTS Finally, the  University Community can heave a sigh of relief after the Suspension of John Ude, Tobi and other 4 cultists from the Institution, especially one that has been notoriously terrorizing the Institution since 2012. But should will be happy yet? Remember John Ude specifically has been suspended before by this same Management, but he continued to terrorize the University by bullying students especially ladies to date him and extort buttery operators, he still maintained a presence on campus and was specifically used by Prof Aransi to disturb Students Union Congresses and to beat up those the management see as threat. From the foregoing, we can conclude that mere suspending these cultists is a cover-up by the management due to several cry from different quarters to discipline the cultists. If they are suspended, are we saying that they would be reinstated without leaving the cult groups? Is there an
