Inec is disturbed about reports that accredited media and observers are being arrested or prevented from operating in some polling units.
This is being taken up with the security agencies.
Police Arrest man attempted to disrupt voting in oshogbo.
Voting has ended in Garaji olode and Ward 7  but some voters were denied access to vote in some areas in Ward 8.
