WHY OAU VICE-DEAN PREVENTED THE RUSTICATION OF JOHN UDEH AND 4 OTHER CULTISTS

Finally, the  University Community can heave a sigh of relief after the Suspension of John Ude, Tobi and other 4 cultists from the Institution, especially one that has been notoriously terrorizing the Institution since 2012. But should will be happy yet?

Remember John Ude specifically has been suspended before by this same Management, but he continued to terrorize the University by bullying students especially ladies to date him and extort buttery operators, he still maintained a presence on campus and was specifically used by Prof Aransi to disturb Students Union Congresses and to beat up those the management see as threat.

From the foregoing, we can conclude that mere suspending these cultists is a cover-up by the management due to several cry from different quarters to discipline the cultists. If they are suspended, are we saying that they would be reinstated without leaving the cult groups? Is there any chance that they would ever leave? Would they still not be found in the University community? And finally, is the Management not aware of the University rules and the appropriate thing to do to cultists?

The management is experienced and they know that the correct method to use is to rusticate them, paste their pictures and declare them persona non grata on campus. This discussion came up in a high powered meeting involving the Dean Of Students Affairs, Vice Dean, Registrar, University CSO and the Vice Chancellor including some Professors of Law and Philosophy. According to my reliable sources, while debating the correct approach to the Police Report on the cultists, Professor Popoola of the Faculty of Law and Professor Salami specifically recommended rustication, and prosecution of the culprits. Then, came the intervention of the Vice Dean who has been using John Udeh as his Personal Assistant and Ismo Alhaji (who has refused to graduate from the Faculty of Law since 2010 or thereabout) as his CSO.

Pastor Dr. Oluwatosin as he is fondly hailed by his boys from the Faculty of Education has been on the track to do every thing possible to die down the issue in the face of overwhelming evidence, and while that approached failed, he craftily argued against rusticating them, especially knowing that suspension is only a facade.

For persons who know this man well, you will agree that the Vice Dean is fond of using some of these cult boys to perpetrate some of his evil deeds and as protection. They wine and dine at his office.

John Ude who earlier was expelled by the leftists was given a whole medical floor room all to himself at Awo Block 8 Room 316 by this same Pastor Oluwatosin who is the Vice Dean especially when students are denied accomodation rights. 

It is an open secret that Pastor Oluwatosin has positioned John Ude as his anointed Candidate to represent Faculty of Education in the forthcoming Students' Union Transition Committee, before he was indicted for forcefully initiating an innocent student into the Vikings confraternity. Can the Vice Dean deny knowing John as a cultist all these while?

I personally appeal to the Governing Council and the Vice Chancellor to check and probe the activities of the Vice Dean or he would spoil the good works of other principal officers of the institution through his tactless approach to students security.
