FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON BIODUN'S MURDER: A COMPREHENSIVE REPORT

-CMD, PRO of OAU THC refuse to speak up on I.D card request, though an eye-witness has refuted the claim.

-There is no primary eye-witness to the murder, all witnesses are secondary

- There is more than one secondary eye-witness

- Biodun should have gone home because of his illness but remained in school because of his test.

In an intelligence report gotten by _GIW_ through a witness account- we reported earlier. It was stated that Biodun wasn't denied medical attention based on non-provision of I.D card, however he didn't fail to state that there was a shortage of equipment and health staff.
Although , the CMD and PRO of OAU THC have refused to pass any comment on the issue (As reported by Premium times). However,  some sources have revealed earlier that I.D card was demanded.

Further investigations have revealed,  that there was no primary witness to the murder of Biodun. A primary witness in this case is someone who witnessed the murder. It was only Biodun and the armed robbers-who were likely two-according to a secondary witness. A secondary witness in this case is someone who witnessed the immediate aftermath of the murder.

According to the source, it was only Biodun and the armed robbers that were in the room. The girl who stays in the room had gone for her rechargeable lamp,  she went to pick in a neighbor's room because there was no power supply and they needed to read for the morning test. The source further revealed that the girl claimed to have noticed an unusual movement while passing through the corridor to pick her lamp. But,  she paid little attention to the movement as she assumed it was their "Olode" (Vigilante) who was moving.

Few minutes later,  she came in and saw biodun lying and shaking helplessly on the floor in a pool of blood. As she moved to Biodun's spot, she noticed an unusual figure lurking behind the door.

Immediately, she locked the door and ran inside. At this point,  the robbers were still ready to break into the house,  so they threatened her to open the door on a count of three, or they'll forcefully enter.

According to the source,  the robbers went to the back of the room and broke in through the burglary.

By this time,  she had already locked herself up in the toilet, because the room is a self-contained apartment.

After some minutes,  they left with Biodun's laptop and IPhone. Also,  during the operation, the robbers had stolen phones from other room occupants. (Though GIW was only to identify two persons whose phone was stolen).

Another male hostel occupant had also being injured on his arm by the robbers, but he didn't sustain such a severe injury like Biodun's own.

In accordance with the "Eye witness" account, at the time they were carrying Biodun along a bushpath to the nearest hospital- They noticed some movements in the nearby bush and with some flashes of torchlight, they could assume they were the armed robbers (Though their face were not seen).

The rest was stated in the "Eye witness" account.

However,  further information gotten from another secondary source who was part of those that took Biodun to the hospital, reveals that they were able to retrieve the stolen phones of other occupants when they searched the bush,  but Biodun's IPhone and laptop were nowhere to be found. This leaves us with speculations whether Abiodun was a major target?  Or a victim of coincidence?

It was further revealed that Biodun wasn't feeling too well few days to the incidence. He should have been at home for treatment but he stayed back because of his test. 

Other sources who claimed to know biodun well have also said, he frequently uses Awo cafe for reading. In his words, "If you dey read for Awo café wella, you go sabi Biodun".

By inference,  Biodun might have changed his reading spot due to his health condition, that night, to Adam and Eve hostel for a better environment that suits his medical ailing self and based on the proximity of the hostel to campus"
